As of 7-16-10, I have stopped posting my poems on Lulu Poetry due to their copyright policy (which, if you have not already seen, please immediately read for the sake of your ownership over your poems). However, I continue to write poetry and I thank you for your wonderful feedback. Be Happy :) ~~~~~~~~ Huh. Well I just read that I am ineligible for the contest due to my age. (Oops). I feel the need to apologize for not posting my disqualifying age prior to my win. My most sincere apologies. (For those who have asked, I am 15. 16 in March of 2011) ~~~~~~~~ I have never taken a class nor had instruction nor really cared about the "traditional" formatting of poetry. To me, it is my thoughts and dreams interpreted in letters and words and (on occasion) grammatically correct sentences. I am very rarely satisfied with editing, but I love to hear criticism and critiques and to get all fired up about silly arguments on a website (cough, Juan). If poetry is my explanation, music (listening, playing, arranging, composing, preforming, and so on) is my escape and absurdity is my lover. more…
