house of cards is changing my life...
Stacking up in pairs building up
Mostly causing great deal of strife
feel like crumbs sitting in a cup

I once had my feet on the ground
I knew just what I was doing
now nothing is steady around
happiness I was pursuing

now just trouble is chasing me
I am still stacking up the cards
hoping for a chance to be free
want truth folks just give canards

But I know I will make the scene
Soon to be on top as the queen
