In our sky

You shimmer in the sunlight
like splinters of glass,
as little prisms that reflect
the sun.I reach into the blue
to pull a piece of you from
an azure sky,from the wisps
on a cloud-strewn day.
love-filled my eyes.
carried on the wings of a powerful
eagle. I chase after you seated
upon the snow white wings of a
dove..Our spirits
dance in tandem beneath the moon.
that sing our love notes to the
stars,that know within that this
love is truly right. You are my sunshine.
All the tenderness that is you.
I kiss your ruby lips that
delight me so and get lost in the air.
