If I Could Go Back

Regrets- we all have them
Lucky is the soul who doesn't,
no sorrow for wrong done on a whim
or sad thoughts for what wasn't.
If I could just go back in time
I'd visit people I neglected
the heights to which I'd climb
Would not seem so expected.
I'd make time for sweet communion
between family and friends
If I could back for a reunion
where sharing never ends.
