I Never Knew (They Made Them Like You)

She's candy sweet and oh, so sexy
I can't believe this gal completes,
connects me
Thought that I was through with love,
but here she comes
(the woman who I thought never was)

She's my counterpart, my chi
I still can't believe she cares for me
A perfect mother, sensual lover
I could search a thousand years
and never be able to find another

I once believed my heart would never melt
I never knew such sensation could be felt
And if I sound a little cheesy and cliche
I'm still dizzy and drunk on her from yesterday

Don't tell her, though, how much I care
I don't want to jynx this
I wouldn't dare
I would do anything to help her carry on
I might just make her my bride,
if that's what she wants
