Hello world

As I stepped to the stage, fearing
Rejecting uncertainty, faint butterflies dancing
I thought of you, setting there in anticipation, hoping
For the words that would release your pain, explinations
Of undeserved events that happen to all living
The weight of your woes filled me, I hear
Your need, wishes, curses and desires; words
Half formed begin to flow outward, to my critics
And I'm lost in the sea of eyes, tasting my worth
Forgotten self takes flight, leaving me complete
Giving my soul for the feast. My muse laughs.
