Ever-Binding Thread

I Listen,
But I listen too much
What a shame
I cannot speak
It's like being able to see,
and then becoming blind
I never get to use my soft rosy lips to speak the words on my mind
And have everyone listen,
But as all they do is talk,
that is all they can do
Because for them to listen
They would have to close their mouths, with that ever-binding thread
And lend me their ears, as they stitch-up their lips
Then maybe, they will use my words like keys
And open their minds
But it seems that my soft rosy lips, Now,contains that ever-binding thread.
