Seema Tabassum Ali

In the morning every day
Coffee..coffee as my heart cries
I take a sip and rest with ease

At times with a sombre smile
Tea is my best past time,
As I swallow it with full delight

Maybe this is my thirst for knowledge
The yearning for life..its finer things
The quenching delights

A dab of sugar..
A little bit of milk
Is all it takes..
To make my day shine with neverending delight!
