Christmas Time is Here Again

Christmas time is here again
I wonder how many will recognize,
That night so many years ago
Heavenly Father's son had arrived.
They try so hard to take out
The "Christ" within the Christmas word.
They do not realize He was the Savior,
What He taught needs to be heard.
All His life He showed us the way
And told us what we should do.
The love He showed was greater than
The drops on the morning dew.
He allowed those men to torture Him
To beat, to scourge and to Crucify Him
He did this out of pure love of mankind
That love we feel deep within.
