Longing

hands empty
hearts are sad.
you weren't beside me,
I'm getting mad.

What can we find in-between spaces,
that you'd rather choose them
than fix the mess.

I'm getting lonely.
I'm being lost.
but this is the result
of the mess that I've caused.

I'm sorry, I lost you
and losing you still.
will try my best to make up
by giving you time to heal.
