STOP!, Look upon the leaves of Autumn,
for soon they are no longer here.

Listen upon the leaves of Autumn,
remember well their wafting cheer.

For the winds of November, just as foretold
soon will bring forth the Winter's cold.

STOP!, LOOK!. LISTEN upon those leaves of Autumn,
