Hollywood Myth

Free verse
John Wayne’s courage is the biggest Hollywood myth there is.
I’m not saying he’d back down from a mortal fight;
but he was God-fearing and didn’t have universal courage.
I think the most courageous actors were the rebels:  Clift, Dean, and Brando.
