Obscurity
Laurie A O'Neil 1964
Clouds hung softly in silence
huddled between a distant dream and the glare of an endless reality
The emptiness of life's sorrow flicker past our eyes
regret cannot change the truth as we bury secrets in the garden of desire
Gently the wind blows we hear its whisper
the message is clear
Searching I find you
standing high upon fraught mountain
Together we jump...
...into Obscurity
