Not Fear

Ronald Bunch 1982 (Grand Rapids)

I taste the froth
And the broth.
About food, I love them both.

Yum!
The soup,
The coffee,
The chocolate,
The donut.

Desert was filling,
It came second.
The main course was willing.

All the food was billing—

The snacks, the racks.
The cheddar, the weather.
The foamy, the iced coffee, the cold.
The canceled beer, now no fear.
