If I Could Love You

If I could love you East
why would West matter?
If I could love you South
would above the North be?

If I could love you Summer,
in the purity of Winter,
could I Fall to you aimless
and would you Spring to me?

If I could love you Sunday
and we would be 'til Friday,
then you will be my weekend;
for this week was properly done.

If I could love you in January,
I would still be yours in June,
and every increment of the year
until we faced another one.

If I could love you in the Universe,
I can hold you dear in the planets,
you would be my ongoing Earth
and my home of casual habits.

If I could love you like this,
why would any of that even matter?
If I could love you there,
then here is all we have.
