Confusion

Marlesa 1967 (South Carolina)

Confusion,
Just another day filled with confusion,
Or maybe it's just a delusion.
Except for the excuses he uses,
That say it's time to leave.
Saturdays words filled with false hope,
Come Sunday we barely speak.
Days go by I'm stuck here in silence,
Once again I've been deceived.
Heart broke,
I let the tears flow,
Uncontrollably down my cheeks.
So I must come to the conclusion,
The only solution,
To stop this confusion,
Is leave words left unspoken,
So that I am not choking,
On those three works,
That make me weak.
