Some Rest Area Workers (Bussokusekika)

Edwin Tanguma 1966 (CA)

Some Rest Area Workers   (Bussokusekika)

Beware of The three
She’s saying I’m a pervert
The sheriff spoke with me
I believe I need to lodge
A formal complaint against
Some rest area workers

About this poem

I guess there are assholes everywhere one may go…I met some really nice rest area workers…But the ones who work at the rest areas between Van Horn, TX and Wild Horse Road are total assholes accusing me of things I’d never do…I’m certain Mary will pull women out of the woodwork who will proclaim I have approached them…I know My Father knows that I haven’t…But that is fine with me…They must want my land pretty bad…
