Holy Mass

The Holy Spirit’s presence fills my soul,
Musky, earthy aromas swirl around as incense burn,
Choir singing hymns and pianos playing as I walk to the pew,
The priest walks followed by his procession down the aisle toward the altar,
Goosebumps rise on my skin, His presence is all around me,
Veiled with head bowed, kneeling deep in prayer,
Homily spoken of God’s love for all his children,
Verses tell of sacrifices, miracles, and joy,
My heart is full of Holy devotion,
When I am in His presence I am truly home.
