Quickly Nip Them At Their Buds   (Bussokusekika)

One must face their fears
To adapt and overcome
Is harder for some
While others find it easy
There once was a time when I’d
Quickly nip them at their buds

About this poem

When I was in the Corps I hated running because I associated it with turning tail and running away from a battle…So I still maintained a 1st class PFT by doing 80 plus sit ups in two minutes and doing 20 pull ups and running 3 miles in less than 28 minutes…Like I said I hated running away…Though after all of the crap associated with my MST PTSD I discovered that there are certain times it is best to run away or retreat to give oneself time to regroup and prepare to reengage when one is better prepared…Yeah some call it flight or fight…Oh well: Heather, Becky, Jewel, or Juel…I could go on and on with the names but I won’t…My son insists that I return to a sedated state of mind…He believes I am delusional in believing I’ve met you and others here online…Maybe I really am crazy and maybe I should take everyone’s advice and start taking my psych meds…Because it seems as IF everyone else is right and I am wrong…Even my son is suggesting that I leave this Wonderland and all of you imaginary women whom I’ve created in it…I wonder what will become if BejewelEd IF I actually do such a thing ladies???Any suggestions for me from the peanut gallery???
