My World
My world is dark
The sky is Grey
It's almost raining everyday

There is no sun
I have no fun
Sometimes I feel the need to run

I feel alone
I'm on my own
None of my feelings are ever shown

It's a shame
I'm always blamed
No one will ever help the pain

My world is dark
The sky is Grey
I hope it doesn't rain today

About this poem

Back in 2008 I entered poetry.com and won an Editor's Choice award. An award presented by howard Ely. His books are now on Amazon and at Walmart. I was in shock when the site was bought and had to go through all the hassle of thinking I didn't matter.
