Melted ice-cream

What is sadder than
Ice cream melting on your hands
Spoiled liquid and spoiled taste
Nothing but its sugar left to taste
Melted stains left on the cone
A shell with no heart inside to hold.

Just like a plate or a heart
Once broken and fallen apart
Repair not an option, a blinded eye.
     Once was sweet and lovely
Now a pale corpse, bloody and ugly.
Ice cream a nightmare to me
People suck me up 'till there's nothing left of me
     Lovers to killers
A horrifying sight to see...
Yet consuming me makes you happy;
So I'm okay with you draining me,
I just hope you don't forget the taste of me.
Now I'm a part of you, "a tragedy"
You can call it that, but it feels like heaven to me.
