The twinkle in his eye.

A J C 1958 (Swansea, MA)

The twinkle in his eye.

When I look, I can see a sea of people without any hope. I can see young children smoking dope. I can see the hangman at the gallows holding a rope. I can see the pope on his knees, looking up at the sky. But even the clouds have no more tears to cry. The sun won't rise, and the moon won't set. Please, Lord, help me. I'm very upset. Can you put me to rest? Then I can see a man with a twinkle in his eye. Just one blink, and I sink to my knees. Then I awake. It was all just a dream.

Such a sad but true reality of today's world. I think we can all feel the sting of a society in rapid decline. This is real life here, raw and to the chase. For those awake and aware, we understand that none of this has happened by accident There is an agenda afoot and unless and until people start to awaken to this fact the world will continue in its decline. Perfect perspective put into proper context, Al. Be proud. Thank you.

now that makes me happy to hear. At least there's a few of us that think the same way. Thank you so much.
