I Tend to Digress

Sometimes I do not follow-through
With chores I have begun.
For some of them I hate to do
Like raking leaves, for one.

Sometimes I do not start a chore;
So many other things
Are waiting from the day before
With happiness each brings!

Procrastination is a curse
That follows me each day
And yet I wonder which is worse.
Delay will lead to play!

    A good advice here is, "Don't let for tomorrow what you can do today Or "Late work never made for useful work."
    One is to see the easy diction and how clear all is in the poem.
    Good read!
