Hell disguised by innocence

The beauty of innocence never lasts long. When you find the veracity, oh how wrong you were. You were lied to, deceived! Held in someone else's arms as you both cry. Scared for your life, the imminent future coming closer. The others leave one by one, leaving you with no one. You have to deal with this mess by yourself. No one wants to help. You don't dare tell anyone, for what would happen. You don't want to be taken away. Not only that, but you want to stay, but why. Why stay in this place you hate. Because if you leave, then you have to carry the guilt. The shame, the echoes banging to let it out. But to burden someone else. To make you exactly the same. So you keep it in, only to let it explode. You scream in the end, make sure no one ever knows. Because if they knew, you would become a victim too.
