Stepping....

My feet felt different every place I went
Visiting each worldwide walkable city
Marched like a grenadier from London to Kent
On the streets of Paris I'd flânerie

In Denmark I lugged my Lego legs
Stepping carefully through gardens of Tivoli
Strolling Amsterdam in clogs everyone begs
For a light shoe to put on their footsie

Almost every town that is rainy
Galoshes are a prerequisite
Before stepping in Hilo Hawaii
Made sure I wore flip flops that fit

A marvelous poem this is. It is to be admired how the writing handles the visiting of each city and it does it with good verse.
The rhyme-scheme is perfect and makes the poem better which is a thing not said of many who try to rhyme. Often they do not know how to do it well. That is not the case here.
    A pleasure to read!
