Do You Remember Them Gal (Bussokusekika)

Edwin Tangums 1966 (Los Angeles CA)

Do You Remember Them Gal   (Bussokusekika)

I had a feeling
That I’ve overlooked something
I retraced my steps
And reread the two chapters
That I have been digesting
Do you remember them Gal

About this poem

Well the two chapters are Jeremiah 10&11…I already mentioned 11:19…And I even explained it in a way even a simpleton could comprehend…So what did I overlook…Well I went back and what stuck in my mind is 10:7…Is there any significance to the word appertain???And how might it apply to this chapter???The Mosaic Covenant per se???But Jesus delivered and abolished that covenant did he not???Well…if verse 7 applied to Jesus according to Law you might have a legal leg to stand on,,,,But what if verse 7 applies to me and I state that Jesus was not me…And he had no authority to free mankind from Mosaic Law???Damned if you do and damned if you don’t…We’ll we know that drought can cause famine…What of an excess of rain???I personally have not seen this much rain in some time here in California…Or maybe I’m just seeing imaginary windmills…Who can say???Well Gal…I was speaking of the covenant of day and night…Sorry if it may have caused any confusion…
