Sometimes I Hear Dead Air

Sometimes a silence falls upon
The radio airwaves
When music and all talk is gone;
No sound the public craves.

Sometimes that dead air hangs around
While I am listening for
God's answer that has not been found,
And so, I wait some more!

The Bible says, "Wait on the Lord"*
And don't give into fear;
Such weak faith you cannot afford,
So, make it disappear

By reading scripture every day
To learn What God provides,
He'll "speak" to you in such a way
You'll feel love He provides!

Don't be impatient for results,
His answer will find you
Just as it does for all adults
Whose love and faith are true!

*Psalm 27:14
