Song

When it comes
You know
Around you everything fades
Except this

Poetry in rhythm
That looks inward

But with connection comes life
Empowers, fulfills
Consumes all senses
Like a tranquil fog

Flows to the pallet
Evokes a memory

Races a mind
Visions and dreams

Hangs on a scent
Memories flood

Tones attach
To your core until

At last you reach out
And to you, it
Within and throughout
Like a wind breeze
You feel

It knows you
