Tennessee Durty
Shinerra Ward 1975 (Tennessee)
Country gurl in a twisted world.
Where long days lead to long notes.
I sit in my room being the deceived one.
Running messages to my informer.
Boston baked beans keep me popping beans.
I dare to picture me rolling without the one that help me create such masterpieces.
Nobody knows who took out the Savior.
That's what they tell me.
No judgment on sin.
I slide through my closet door
Only to her mister saying
He doesn't want me anymore.
Mom say. Y not?
Had my head bashed in by a love one.
Swimming pool is not a threatening place.
Just wen my love one tried to drown me.
Dirty Tennessee.
I sang with the best.
Where r u now.
U"d said U will come back to me.
On top of me.
Tennessee Durty.
Too many kids.
Only c a handful of them.
Yet know all of them.
Special place in My Heart
For someone who took the Ultimate proof
I live for u.
Tennessee Dirty.
Still crying yet living.
Wut did I do wrong.?
I say nothing.
Tennessee Dirt
Got me dried up from lies.
Tennessee Tennessee.
My father is my grandfather.
Never knew dad even though I took him in.
He lied per usual
Can't keep him off of me.
Yet that's my family.
Grandmother taught me to throw machetes.
Grandfather had me running with home made torpedoes. U.S. Navy.
I survived
