The way I’m programmed.

It’s a tickle
I look left and right.
Yet it’s always the same.

This fear that builds
Up and stays the same.
Why doesn’t it leave.
It’s always on replay.

I have a life too but
Theirs always a thorn
Yet it’s a double edged
Sword.

In one way it’s good,
Another’s it’s bad.
It envelopes my day
And in doing so my thoughts.

A freedom for one
Day of simplicity.
A wish or simply called
A prayer.

Answered by God.
Another prayer.
Hard wired in my
System.
Am I robot.

Seems like it.
It’s the way I’m programmed.
