all work

The hard dirt is my home

This plastic bag is my fortress

And I, the King of Craft

Watch as I turn misery to apathy

and tears into text

The best of friends have lent me silence

and I matched their bets

As I lay in my dirt bed

I shape the veins in my hands into complex threads

I simply hope I age with grace

and not a mess of ill regrets.
