Before I go truly go insane..

Losing my parents is so sad, I miss them both very bad! I keep asking why because I’m not ready to say Goodbye!
Days and nights aren’t the same, I truly feel like I’m going insane! People tell me to dry my eyes and Don’t cry but if I don’t let this pain out, I feel like I’m gonna die!!, All I have now is childhood memories playing in my head, draining me and stopping me from wanting to get out of the bed! Doctor says Monique get out and go for a walk and I “replied” Doctor, I can’t even make it to the end of the block! Sometimes I feel my heart beating so fast in my chest, I feel like I can’t catch my freakin breath! At this point only the Lord can ease the pain, I hope quickly before I go insane!!!!
