THE LIFE OF A COMMON MAN IN THE WARRING NATIONS

S.B.Saravanan 2009 (Erode)

I'm a man struggling in the war,

Two countries started the war,
The war shouldn't long so far.
It destroyed everything around us
Because their war is the main focus.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

I wanted one and only peace,
But it is changed into a tease.
The people's life is in a coin's toss,
A small coin metamorphosed into pur boss.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

If wars are liked by the nation,
Young generation may take it as their passion.
Is it correct?
A no is a no is a no.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

If we want our body clean,
There is no water to consume,
Nor is there pure air,
Food is also so scarce.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

Every people is in a sea of fear,
We lead a life of hell in tear.
Every day possess a question on our life
As there is endless strife.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

We have so many needs,
There is no one to fulfil the deeds.
Every second is like a tremble,
There is no one a little humble.

I'm a man struggling in the war,

The two countries have vengeance,
There is no country with patience.
Every foot is very dangerous,
The two countries are vigorous.

We asked everybody for help,
But they made us yelp.
What can I do now?
Everybody sees me as a foe now...

What can we do now?
What can we do now?
What can I do now?
