Vicious Is Kept Lust
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Vicious is kept lust hushed.
And left smothered up hidden,
Beneath a need to have it fed and treated.
A craving tease left to go unpleased,
Is as dangerous as a carrot.
Held within sight.
But away from a starving rabbit.
And so is a lusting.
Fed to feed and taught to believe,
This habit to satisfy by any means necessary...
Is one's duty and obligation,
To take.
Then create,
A declaration of ownership.
Done to then fight over the right to feel,
Entitled to receive...
Threats from those whose relationships,
Were broken and forever destroyed.
By winks from strangers.
Thrown kisses and slow licked lips!
Temporarily.
Without a name to exchange.
Or time returned.
From an impulsive waste of it!
Vicious,
Is a kept lust hushed.
To have had once smothered up.
Hidden.
Beneath a need to have it fed and treated.
To exchange, temporarily...
For a few moments of pleasure.
More satisfying when kept in one's mind.
Than in reality to find it,
More of a waste to reminisce...
What had been covered up from head to toe,
Can and will expose what's not shown...
When the alcohol begins to fade away,
From a mind quick to fantasize...
Truth for what it is.
Untied to drop,
Before lieing eyes to see.
Hung.
Vivid; undisguised!
'Uh...
Why the look of surprise?
I thought you knew.
I kept touching my 'Adam's apple!'
'I...
I was raised not to pass judgement.'
