Cosmic Dance

The moon and the tides forever bound by gravity,
Moon waxed and waned while tides ebb and flow,
High tide surged powerfully, low receded with gentle intensity,
Full moon brought high tide, new moon low undergo.

Cosmic dance between the two repeated endlessly and indefinite,
Forever shaping coastlines and carving their own world anew,
Love for balance between two forces of nature explicit,
Eternal connection of mystery, created by universe for two.

About this poem
