The land

Adson Denis 1980 (Lagonave)

I dream of that land where my beloved and I will forever dwell.
Where the wound cannot swell.
A land calls paradise.
Where the rose never dies.
Where the heroes always try.
The place where the rivers cannot dry.
There I will lie down with my beloved on bed of roses as her moist lips feel like dew on my skin.
She is unique from her kin.
She is the beauty that has never being seen.
To perceive one needs eyes that are keen.
The creator stopped everything to fashion this masterpiece.
She is perfect on every way with no missing piece.
I dream of that land where the birds sing.
Where the spiders do not sting.
Where the lion and the lamb are playmates.
Where the king and His seeds are soul mates.
A land of everlasting happiness.
Where the ruler governs through gracefulness.
The place where the ocean is never to deep to dive.
To enter one needs the permission of the king to give.
The fallen look in agony from afar because they can never re-enter.
The ones made from dust have become the center.
I dream of that land, the land of eternity that only those who follow rules can forever dwell.
