"Embracing Your Worth: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Resilience"
Your worth cannot be measured by another's neglect.
Though it may hurt, you must walk away with your head held high.
Let go of trying to fix what refuses to be mended.
Focus instead on nurturing the garden within your heart.
Surround yourself with people who remind you of your light.
Do not cling to those who treat you as an afterthought.
You deserve to feel wanted, cherished, and understood.
So release the hold of those who fail to see your value.
Make peace with walking away to protect your energy.
Honor your boundaries though others may not comprehend.
In time the sadness will subside if you let it fade gently.
Like the setting sun that makes way for the moon's silver glow.
You will shine again though scars remain of struggles past.
Be patient and tender as you recover from heartache.
And have faith that in due time the right love will find you.
When you stand strong in who you are, the truth becomes clear.
Only those who are ready will be willing to grow.
You cannot convince someone to care or meet your needs.
All you can do is choose wisely where you give your time.
Surround yourself only with those who choose you back.
So dry your eyes and know you have done nothing wrong.
Some people are not yet ready to receive your gifts.
Release the need to change them no matter how you care.
Honor your heart and what it knows to be real and right.
Then make space for the love you know you deserve.
This too shall pass, though sorrow may linger for a while.
In time you will regain your smile and your spirit's glow.
For now be gentle as you learn again how to fly free.
Let this pain carve the path to become more of who you are.
And have faith that better days are soon awaiting you.
