Conducive Loneliness

It's called conducive loneliness.
Sometimes it follows mild duress
When no one else is 'round.

It's what you sense, the days you feel
Rejection that life won't conceal
And tears fall to the ground.

Reclusiveness is not a choice,
It's when your life has lost its voice
And no one ever knew.

To others my reclusiveness
Suggests a lack of interest
In them, but that's not true.

I seldom have a lot to say
Except in what I write each day.
