Loved beyond the ache

Margarette Marzan 2004 (Manila)

It was not always happy.
Times were Loving you,
was aching me, sadly.

Sometimes, you're rocky,
But that didn't stop me
Showing love genuinely.

I'm hard to love either.
Yet, you still chose to dive
within me deeper.

Feeling that I get from
holding your hand,
I felt blessed to have you around.

Your embrace is like
A piece of music, cuddling me.
Your heartbeat is a perfect harmony.

The love I have was beyond the ache
My heart tells me—staying
there was no mistake.
