Keep Going

No thing can stop you, no not one
after that you've won
the Holy Spirit will guide you
as God promised He would
why would you stop, why take a brake
keep going it's not a mistake
the Lord is with you, He'll see you through
the blessings of the Lord are waiting for you
don't get weary in well doing because He said
I will never leave or forsake you
if you do your part, He will do His
so never give up and never stop trying
sooner or later you'll see the enemy dying
remember the end is near and out of your heart
flowing through your lips
Victory! Victory!
is what you'll hear

Beautiful and very encouraging poem! Reminds me of something François Fénelon implored:

“Nothing is more perilous to your own salvation, more unworthy of God, or more hurtful to your ordinary happiness than being content to remain as you are. Our whole life is given us with the object of going boldly on towards the heavenly home. The world slips away like a deceitful shadow, and eternity draws near. Why delay to push forward? While it is time, while your merciful Father lights up your path, make haste and seek his kingdom!”

I think your poem does a great job expressing this sentiment. Thank you for sharing it.
