Crossroads

Every drop brings you closer
Closer to a crossroads
And farther from them
Too much, too little

How much is enough?
Bottle after bottle
As long as its comforting
Right?

The night and city streetlights
Encourage your habit
The kid in their room
Nothing but a whisper

Now youre at peace
And im left alone
Youre underground,
And im left with stone
