Whisper

Whispers of the breeze, as the sun smiles down sending a light that will forever be. Do not turn away, for the heart beats only to see.

Whispers through the trees, tickles on the skin. Life is full of wonder. Look forward on the path, not back on where life's been.

Whispers over the water, the waves rage into a calm, each rift in the water reminds me. I grasp each rift in the trenches of my palm.

Whispers of the soul, the dance of a new start. At times I gaze upon the whispers of life in search of where we part.

About this poem

Whispers in our head fill us with wonder, doubt, courage, rage and in the end how do we leave this world? Hope not to be regretful, not look back wishing. Not grasping for more, but fulfilled.
