all loved ones passed

stepped off the podium
 I depart
No more flesh
There I draw my last breath
No more can I smell the roses
No more can I taste the morning coffee
And no more can I touch
Your loving face
Still held by the chains
By my loved ones cry's
I just want them to know
This is not a goodbye
the living unknown of my gaze
As I look upon them
My whispers unheard
I'm telling them it will be okay
As time goes on
I fade into the distance
I see a light
It is my lover that left me
Now he is in my sight
As I take his hand
I know I'm where I'm meant
To be
Though time may pass and wounds may heal,
The ache of loss is forever real.
 But let us remember,
Amidst the pain,
Love's eternal light, a guiding flame.
So let us honor those now gone
With memories cherished, life lives on.
In each fleeting moment, they remain,
 Love's legacy forever sustained
