Pine Point Mines
In the heart of the Northern lands,
Where the wilderness stretches afar,
Lies the remnants of Pine Point Mines,
That treasure hidden beneath the ground.
Those mammoth lead-zinc deposits found,
The evidence of nature's geological forces.
From the depth of the earth, a mine,
Emerged in those vast lands.
The riches that miners found,
Were more precious than gold, by far.
The veins of lead and zinc run underground,
A fortune beneath those Pine Point mines.
The workers toiled in the mines,
Exploiting the earth's natural riches.
Their sweat and tears soaked the ground,
As they dug in these ancient lands.
Their calloused hands reveal the scars,
Of their search for the ultimate find.
Through pits and tunnels dark, they found,
The fruits of their labor in the mines.
Lead and zinc, like shining stars,
Illuminated their path with sway.
They were the benefactors of the land,
Stewards of that hallowed ground.
But the story does not end in the ground,
For the spirit of the mines will always find,
Its way to the surface of the land.
The legacy of the lead-zinc ore deposits,
Will forever echo in these Northern lands,
As a tribute to the treasures of Pine Point Mines.
