Without you
Hope broderson 1974 (Gardina)
The loneliness I thought would
Never go away
Went away when I met you that
Very same day
The first time I looked into
Your eyes
I knew you were the one I dreamt
Of a million times
The first time you held me in
Your arms
I knew you were the one I wished for
When I looked up at the stars
Every wish that I wished
For
Every dream that I dreamt came
True when you kiss me over
And over again
I knew at that moment there was
Nothing I could do
My Heart body and soul belong
To you
Every moment together was a
Moment I wanted forever
Every moment apart was a moment
I wanted never
Each each day I would wonder would
Today be the day
The day you would leave and walk
Away
When I made you my husband you
Made me your wife
I thought it would be for the rest
Of our life
If ever there was a promise that I
Believed
It was that you would stay and
Never leave
It wasn’t as easy for me as
As For you
Walking away was something
I could never do
No matter how many times you would
Hurt me with who or when
I would be there to forgive you again
And again
Even when you cheated even when
You lied
I never walked away I stood
By your side
I was your children’s mother
Your wife
You were my husband my
Life
None of that mattered when you
Left without a goodbye
Leaving a note and no reason
Why
I’m sorry for the Times we would
Argue and fight. Forget the mean things that I said
And remember my love
Instead
How am I supposed to live
And go on
When a piece of my heart is
Missing it’s gone
The pain is eating me
Oh way
Without you how will I
Ever be OK
Each day I will think of you each
Day I will cry
I will love you until the day
I die
The loneliness That once went
Away
Now is back and with out you
It will stay
Goodbye to our promises goodbye
To our love
Goodbye to us and what
Once was
