Time Envy

Time can't be stopped
or placed on a pedestal
or put in a box.
However, with Time,
we can Improve and Grow,
we can Forgive and Pray,
we can Love and Play
to the Dance of our own
Tick-Tocks.
If Time could talk,
she would say -
Do not envy me or
sit and watch my Clock,
work with me and we
will make the most of
each and every day.

About this poem

The hours in a day go by too quickly, and even more so these days. We need to do what we can and take time to enjoy the hours we have as much as possible.
