Outcasts

LisaLove Butler 1970 (Philadelphia, PA)

I feel like an outcast in this world.  I don’t matchup with anything or anybody down here.  I don’t know we’re to be Lord, I don’t know where to be.  I sit here with tears rolling down looking for a glimpse of relief and I can’t find it, not even in you Lord.  Pain goes through my body and I don’t know why or how to stop it. Where are you?  Why do I feel so far away from you?  I feel like an outcast in this world.
Looking for love in all the wrong places, except for in you Lord. You have all of the answers and you know every detail of of my  life. Only you know which way I should go, but can you please direct me, because I can’t see what you see for my life.  I don’t see what you see in me.
I feel like an outcast in my own life and I’m just floating here.
