No Mouth

What can I  write?
Words simply get stuck in my head. Will I  ever be able to let them out , again? Or will the words stay locked up forever in my head to be heard only by me?
When I  try to talk, the words mix up  upon exiting my mouth like scrambled eggs. Better to keep my mouth shut then  to risk embarrassment. People  wouldn't  understand,  I  don't.
The words say , "Hey! Let me out I'm in here! Please!." I clench  my teeth and bite my lips until I  taste a rusty  taste  in my mouth.Words are better to be behind the jagged bars.
One day, they may escape.  Maybe,  just maybe I  will let the words out on parole. With conditions,  of course.
I have no voice and I  must scream!
