Garden of Dreams

Karl Leaning 1989 (Doncaster)

In a garden of dreams, where blossoms reside,
Love finds companionship, by flowers' side.
Petals unfurl in hues both bold and tender,
As love's essence roams, a sacred sender.

Roses, dressed in scarlet, passionate and bold,
Their fragrance whispers secrets, love untold.
With thorny stems that guard a tender heart,
They embody love's ardor, a work of art.

Daisies, with their petals like purest snow,
Symbolize innocent love, a gentle glow.
In fields of white, they dance beneath the sun,
Radiating love's purity, pure and unison.

Lilies, clothed in satin robes, serene,
Unveiling love's serenity, pure and clean.
Their fragrant presence, a calming embrace,
Inviting hearts to find solace and grace.

Tulips sway with elegance, colors diverse,
Each hue a chorus, a love-filled verse.
From scarlet to yellow, pink to serene blue,
They celebrate love in every shade and hue.

Sunflowers, basking in the golden embrace,
With faces turned toward love's fiery trace.
They stand tall, as love's beacon in the field,
Guiding hearts toward love's bountiful yield.

And violets, delicate in their hidden grace,
Captivating souls with their humble embrace.
Their essence whispers love's quiet refrain,
A reminder that love can heal every pain.

So may these flowers, within love's embrace,
Illuminate hearts, in their unique space.
For flowers and love forever intertwine,
Enchanting souls, like a tapestry divine.
