August 6th ‘23 2:32 pm

I know your allergies and what you order at coffee shops
I know the lyrics to all your favourite songs and I was in your life for so long that I know your morning routine
but now your birthday has passed
and I don’t recognize any of the new people in your photos
and your best friend has stopped following me on social media
It’s the first time since June that I messaged you
it is painful knowing I went from memorizing the particular colour of your eyes to not even realizing the smile you are giving me is fake
